MOMO'S MOVES IN

Health-conscious Canadians now have a new range of dinner ideas following the launch of Momo's Veggie Kitchen of Richmond, B.C. Momo's began appearing in-stores on April 7 with the introduction of their soy product line, which includes Veggielicious Nuggets, Drummettes and Slices. Momo's announced its products would be available through a national distribution agreement with Calgary-based Canada Safeway. A public relations campaign from Optimum Public Relations of Vancouver is supporting the launch. Momo's founder Vivian Chiang said advertising, handled by Cossette Communication-Marketing of Vancouver, is planned but details have not been confirmed. Additional promotion will be seen online at Momo's Web site <http://www.momoskitchen.com>. The site is scheduled to go live this week and allows consumers to subscribe to Momo's newsletter and get discount product coupons redeemable at Safeway stores.
