Ron Parkinson has been promoted from senior vice-president to president and general manager of Netmar, a division of The Blackburn Media Group. Based in London, Ont., Blackburn has publishing, distribution and broadcasting operations. Richard Moss has moved from general manger of CFPL AM and FM in London, Ont., to president and general manger of Blackburn Radio. Besides the CFPL stations, he is responsible for CKNX AM and FM in Wingham, CKTY AM and CFGX FM in Sarnia, CFCO AM in Chatham and CHYR FM in Leamington. These are all in Ontario. Blackburn Radio is a division of Blackburn Media Group.
