ALEXANDER KEITH AND AUSTIN POWERS SCREEN MINI-MOVIE

A new advertising campaign for Labatt's Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale includes a 14 1/2 mini-movie. The campaign launched the mini-movie during the ATV network premiere of "Austin Powers, International Man of Mystery." The mini-movie featured the characters The Admiral, Broderick and Roger, who have been appearing in Alexander Keith's commercials since 1993. Four 30-second television commercials promoting the ale will be drawn out of the 14 minute movie to run over the course of the next two years. Advertising for Alexander Keith's mini-movie was done by Corporate Communications Limited of Halifax. Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale is brewed in Nova Scotia by Oland Brewery.
