BURGER KING GETS SILLY OVER NEW PROMOTION

Burger King Corporation of Miami and Gibson Greetings, Inc. of Ohio have teamed up for a new Burger King Big Kids Meal program promotion. For a limited time, Burger King will offer five limited edition Silly Slammers to collect in its Big Kids Meal program. Silly Slammers light up, sound off or talk back when "slammed". The Silly Slammers were created exclusively for Burger King by Gibson Greetings, Inc. To promote the Silly Slammers give-away, running September 27 to October 31, in-restaurant signage and point-of-purchase materials will be used. Promotion materials were picked up for use in Canada from the U.S. Burger King operates more than 10,500 restaurants in 54 countries.
