CAMPBELL'S SOUPS LOOKING M'M M'M GOOD

Campbell Soup Company Ltd. of Toronto is introducing a new look for its Red & White condensed soups in Canada. Consumers across the country will be seeing a new look for all 54 varieties of Campbell's Red & White condensed soups hitting store shelves by the beginning of November. The new look is designed to give shoppers a visual reference to help find a specific flavor. Colored branding is used on each can to represent one of several subgroups including: broth's, creams, chickens and tomato soups. The new labels are also providing nutritional information for the first time, a photograph of each soup flavor and a one-dish recipe idea or soup and sandwich suggested combination. The redesigned labels are part of a global initiative for Campbell's with the basic design being adapted to Canadian consumer needs. The red and white labels have not changed since they were originally created in 1898. The Thomas Pigeon Design Group of Toronto participated in the global redesign project. The new labels will be featured in an upcoming advertising campaign for Campbell's Red & White condensed soups this Fall. Advertising for Campbell's is done by BBDO Canada of Toronto. PR for Campbell's Red & White condensed soups is handled by Shandwick Canada of Toronto.
