HOME HARDWARE'S REDISCOVER CANADA PROMOTION DISCOVERED TO BE A WINNER

Home Hardware's Rediscover Canada (1998) promotion has been awarded a silver award in the North American Region of the World PRO Awards held in Chicago recently. A panel of US and Canadian-based brand marketing and agency executives awarded Home Hardware's program a silver in the traffic building category. Rediscover Canada was created by KCS Marketing Group of Concord, Ontario and Toronto-based Saffer Group (now Sharpe Blackmore Saffer EURO RSCG). The program included a national consumer contest, a coupon booklet and chances for Home Hardware dealers to win trips and prizes. Home Hardware's program was one of 2 Canadian winners, chosen from a total of 142 US and 23 Canadian entries. Home Hardware is based in St. Jacobs, Ontario.
