GRAND & TOY'S COMMERCIAL BUSINESS GETS THE SPOTLIGHT

Toronto-based Grand & Toy is gearing up to put the spotlight on its commercial business. The office products distributor is launching an eight week, national advertising campaign making it the first television ad campaign for the company's commercial business. Four 15 second television spots and one 30 second spot in English Canada as well as additional support from English and French radio and print ads in Quebec, will target adults 25-49 years, who are responsible for ordering office products in mid to large sized companies. The campaign, created by Harrod & Mirlin/FCB of Toronto with French creative developed by Mondialis, FCB's Quebec agency, will use humor to focus on Grand & Toy's service. Grand & Toy has more than 70 retail locations across Canada. The campaign begins the week of September 6, 1999.
