CENTENNIAL OFFERING TOOLS FOR SUCCESS IN NEW CONTEST
By Adnews Staff
Centennial College of Scarborough, Ontario, is promoting its part-time studies with a new promotion/contest offering prospective part-time students the "Tools for Success". The college is offering an IBM ThinkPad laptop computer and other prizes including a $300 IBM gift pack, a World Book Encyclopedia CD-ROM, college survival packs and bookstore vouchers, in an attempt to raise awareness of its new annual calendar of part-time courses. To enter the "Tools for Success" contest, prospective students can drop into any one of the college's four campuses to fill out a ballot and pick up a free calendar. To promote the contest, print ads in the Toronto Star, Toronto Sun and Scarborough Mirror and transit advertising are being used. The ads were created by Campbell Michener & Lee of Toronto. The contest is running until September 22. Part-time courses at Centennial begin in mid-September.
