High Road Communications has announced a promotion and two new additions to the company as its strengthens its US public relations team. Jessica Gould is promoted from consultant to account supervisor. Gould provides public relations counsel to clients such as Philsar Electronics, Lucent Technologies Canada and PRIOR Data Sciences. Adrienne Auns joins High Road as consultant. Prior to joining High Road, Auns was a public relations specialist at Bridgewater Systems Corp. Jeff Meerman also joins the team at High Road as account coordinator. Meerman joined High Road from Carleton University where he earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree.
ROBTv has announced that two key anchor position have been filled at the new specialty channel. Jim O'Connell, former CTV Bureau Chief in London and Washington and Marina Mirabella, former Bureau Chief of CNN Brazil, will be in the anchor chairs when the new Canadian channel launches September 1.
