SONY RE-LAUNCHES STYLE MAGAZINE

Sony Electronics of Park Ridge, New Jersey, has re-launched its Sony Style magazine on newsstands throughout North America. Sony Style was redesigned as a lifestyle, entertainment and personal technology magazine. The quarterly magazine is divided into four main editorial sections including: Individuality, which features stories on real people, Originality, which features editor's picks on new films, music and videogames, Manual for digital living, which features a how-to guide for using digital tools and Essentials, which features photographs of Sony electronic products. Sony Style targets men and women between the ages of 18 and 35 years, who are interested in style, entertainment and technology. It sells for $5.95 in the US and $8.95 in Canada, with a newsstand distribution of 400,000. Sony Style is produced by Time, Inc. Custom Publishing for Sony. The premier issue features advertising from Oldsmobile, Altoids, Milk, Yahoo, E-bay and Target stores.
