NEWAD PROMOTING NEW NIKE AIR RAPIDUP

NEWAD of Toronto is promoting Nike's new women's shoe Nike Air Rapidup within its national health and fitness network. Working with Nike's advertising agency, Cossette Communications, NEWAD began targeting women specifically, in the most ideal surroundings. The campaign began on August 9 and can be seen in health and fitness clubs in Toronto, Vancouver, Surrey, Edmonton and Regina. "By utilizing our media fitness network, Nike has chosen a focused and clever advertising approach," said NEWAD national account executive Mary Lally. "Nike's message is reaching fitness oriented women at the right time and most appropriate place." NEWAD targets the 18-34 market with its national indoor billboard and promotion network in Canada.
