HOME PLANNING MAGS OFFER ADVERTISING DEAL
By Adnews Staff
The national magazine Canadian Home Planner has joined forces with Vancouver's Home Handbook to offer advertisers a joint deal. Both books were launched this year. An advertiser who buys a full-page four-color ad in both issues of the twice-yearly Canadian Home Planner, will get a double page spread in the Vancouver book. Canadian Home Planner targets first-time home buyers through controlled distribution of 100,000 per issue. It is published by Family Communications of Toronto. Vancouver's Home Handbook is published once a year, but delivered by Canada Post on a monthly basis to people who have recently bought a home. As well, copies are given to consumers who request information on home renovation from various organizations. It claims an annual circulation of 40,000.
