Leo Burnett has announced several new promotions in its client service department. Peter Breton has been promoted from account supervisor to account executive. Breton is presently working on the Cadbury business. Alison Savage has been promoted from account supervisor to account executive. Savage was recently moved to the Visa and Heinz accounts. Marcia Thompson has been promoted from account executive to account supervisor where she will continue to work on the Kellogg business. Laurie Woolley has been promoted from account executive to account supervisor and continues to work on the Special K brand for Kellogg. Jennifer Bell has been promoted from account supervisor to account executive. Lee Billinkoff has been promoted from assistant account executive to account executive working on the Procter and Gamble business and the Cheer North American account. Kevin Nullmeyer has been appointed managing director of the Owen/Holleway Group, based in Cambridge, Ontario. Nullmeyer had previously been vice-president of Targetbase Marketing, a U.S.-based database marketing agency. Nullmeyer joins the marketing communications agency just after its recent acquisition by the De Novo Corporation. Current clients of Owen/Holleway include: Frigidaire, Zehrs supermarkets, AOL Canada and Royal Bank of Canada.

Wolf Group Integrated Communications has named Kelly Durcan vice-president of corporate communications for its network of advertising and marketing agencies throughout North America. Most recently Durcan headed-up the public relations division of Partners & Shevack/Wolf, a unit of WGIC. In his new role Durcan will be managing the communications for all seven Wolf offices including its Toronto office as well as the offices of WGIC.
