CANTEL AT&T INTRODUCING ONE "BOXED" SHOPPING
By Adnews Staff
Rogers Cantel Inc. of Toronto has now made it easier than ever before to become a Cantel AT&T customer. The wireless provider has simplified the way customers now purchase and activate a wireless phone with Cantel. In its simplest terms, it's a phone in a box. Available at retail locations across Canada, Rogers Cantel now allows customers the ability to purchase their phone and review the product details at a later date. Once the customer has decided on what price plan is best for them, they can independently activate the phone on the Cantel AT&T network. To support the launch of the new service, in-store displays and point-of-purchase materials, created by FUSIONcreative of Toronto, will be used. Creative for print ads, will also be supplied to Future Shop for any additional advertising. According to Pat Bennett, executive vice president, sales and operations, Rogers Cantel, the new process benefits both the customer, who can review the product details at their own convenience, as well as the retail distributors who's business is made easier and as a result their productivity improved. Rogers Cantel Inc. provides a complete range of wireless solutions including paging, cellular, Interactive Messaging, digital PCS and wireless data services. PR for Rogers Cantel Inc. is handled by Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto.
