ZOOM TEES UP GOLF CLUB ADS

Montreal-based Zoom Media Inc. has announced the launch of a Sports/Golf Network, which will see the placement of billboards in over 60 golf clubs in Quebec. Two types of billboards will be used: a 13" x 17" sign which will be placed in locker rooms and washrooms, and a 24" x 32" backlit sign to be used in high-traffic areas. Campaigns will run during the golfing season, defined by Zoom as running from May 15 to October 17. According to Zoom, there are over 770,000 golfers in Quebec, 35% of whom are women. The company plans to have billboards in 250 golf clubs across the country by the end of the year.
