The Toronto office of Publicor Magazines has gone through some personnel changes. Mary Beth Carter has been promoted from account manager to director of advertising. Bryan Hamberg joins Publicor as an account manager. Prior to joining the magazine he was an advertising consultant with CBC Radio-Canada. Lisa Vincent moves from account manager for Publicor's shelter publications to account manager representing Clin d'oeil, Femme Plus and Filles d'aujourd'hui. Richard Thornton joins the office as an account manager. Most recently he was publisher at Hardware & Home Centre Magazine. Michael Guernsey also joins Publicor as an account manager. Guernsey is a recent graduate of the Marketing Program at Centennial College.
