Shane Carter has been appointed vice president of marketing at BMG Music Canada. Most recently he was vice president of sales and marketing, video division with Polygram Filmed Entertainment. Katharine Hay has joined Zim Technologies International of Ottawa as product marketing coordinator. Previously she worked in marketing support at Cabur Graphics of Toronto.
