NEW AGENCY FINDS JOBS FOR PEOPLE WHO SPEAK FOOD

A new U.S. company called FoodSpeak has been established to sell culinary professionals as advertising and public relations spokespersons. FoodSpeak will find qualified people to make pitches for food and beverage products, organizations or services, and will arrange media training and professional head shots for the food pros. The company has offices in Hamden, Connecticut and New York. Founding partners are newspaper columnist, cookbook author and registered dietitian Bonnie Tandy Leblang, and promotion events and media relations specialist Melanie Young.
