LOWER WINS GUARDIAN MUTUAL FUND ACCOUNT

Lower Canada Inc. of Toronto has been awarded the Guardian Mutual Funds of Toronto advertising business. Guardian was previously at Wolf Group of Toronto, where Bill Lower, owner of Lower Canada, was creative director. Lower Canada opened last month and was awarded the Guardian business account last week. "Our primary issue was continuity of creative," Guardian sales and marketing senior vice president John Boeckh told Adnews yesterday. Guardian offers 22 mutual funds across all asset classes.
