CMA ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The Canadian Marketing Association will host its 1999 annual national convention and trade show in Quebec City from May 11 to 13. The keynote speakers at the event will be CYBER Management president Walid Mougayar, CBC journalist Rex Murphy, Eicoff & Company president and CEO Ron Bliwas and Livelihood president Martin Rutte. Workshops will discuss such topics as increasing customer satisfaction, improving loyalty and time-to-market, growing new business revenues, reducing costs, media targeting, keeping and attracting database staff, empowering yourself and your employees, employee training and performance, reward programs and ideas for interactive and online marketing efforts.
