DEADLINE APPROACHING FOR MARKETER OF THE YEAR AWARD

The deadline for the Marketer of the Year Award sponsored by the Toronto chapter of the American Marketing Association is Jan. 29. The awards will be presented in Toronto on April 15. They recognize individuals who have demonstrated innovative and visionary marketing acumen in 1998. There will be a total of six winners from consumer and business-to-business categories, then an overall Marketer of the Year will be chosen. The Toronto chapter of the AMA was established in 1947 to help marketers move up the ladder in their professional careers.
