PRIMARY COUNSEL SIGNS LIVINGSTON ACCOUNT

Primary Counsel Group Inc. of Toronto has picked up a new piece of business to start the new year. It will be handling public relations for Livingston Inc. the logistics division of Livingston Group Inc. of Toronto. Primary Counsel was selected in a competition with one other unnamed agency. PR will concentrate mainly on trade media and target industry conferences and trade shows.
