CLEARNET ENHANCES FLAT RATE SERVICE

Toronto-based Clearnet Communications has gone flat. The company launched a Flat Rate Optional Add-On airtime package for its PCS clients last week. Under the deal, entry-level clients can pay an additional $10 a month and will receive unlimited weekend calling. For a further $15, they will receive unlimited evening calling. The entry-level package includes 100 minutes of peak local airtime, voice mail, caller ID, call waiting and features such as *69 at no extra charge. The Flat Rate Optional Add-On airtime package will be promoted using print ads targeting new customers, as well as billing inserts and Clearnet's Web site targeting existing customers. The campaign was created by TAXI Advertising & Design of Toronto.
