DEADLINE APPROACHING FOR CHINESE AWARDS

The deadline for entry into the first Long Xi Creative Awards is Jan. 8. The awards are an international effort to honor the achievements of Chinese advertising practitioners and increase their profile in the global market. The awards are being organized by four ad veterans in Hong Kong. There are also seven organizations involved in China, Taipei, Singapore and Canada. In Canada, the Chinese Canadian Advertising, Marketing and Media Association will promote the program and handle entries. The awards will be presented next spring.
