Kim Warren has been promoted to the position of account supervisor at Vickers & Benson of Toronto. She will continue to oversee the Bank of Montreal's Personal and Commercial Financial Services division and Electronic Financial Services division. Julie Rezek has been promoted to the position of account executive. She will join V&B Direct to work on the M&M Meat Shops and the Canadian Tourism Commission accounts. Lisa Fernandes has been promoted to the position of account executive on the Canadian Tourism Commission account. Finally, Rob Grumbach has joined Vickers & Benson as account director within the McDonald's Restaurants of Canada, Ontario Co-op account group. He was previously director of national promotion and event marketing at Eaton's. Stuart McCarthy has been appointed vice-president of public relations at Ottawa-based Corel Corp. Prior to this job, McCarthy developed a technology news section at the Ottawa Sun. He has also been vice-president of advanced technology communications at Hill and Knowlton Canada.
Montreal-based LOOK Communications has appointed Paul Lamontagne to the position of executive vice-president and chief operating officer. He was previously president and COO of Teleglobe Enterprises Media. Gilles Bourque has been appointed vice-president of sales and marketing for Quebec and eastern Ontario. Francyne Morin has been appointed vice-president of communications at the national level. Claude Beauregard has been named vice-president of engineering and operations for Quebec and eastern Ontario. Ingrid Nachtrieb has been promoted from sales assistant to marketing and research analyst at Integrated Media Sales of Toronto.
Lowe RMP of Toronto has expanded its office. Steven Bochenek and Carolyn Nichilo have joined the agency as senior creative associates. Most recently Bochenek was an associate creative director at Cohn & Wells of Toronto. Nichilo was senior art director at mosaic direct of Toronto. Marlene Baranek is now assistant project manager at Lowe RMP. Previously she worked at the Ontario Tennis Association where she organized the provincial competitive structure and certification program. Tamara Sotinkow is an assistant copywriter. She is a recent graduate of Ryerson Polytechnic University's Radio and Television Arts program. Natalie Armata is a junior art director. She was previously a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design. David Scanlon and Jeanette Lee have joined Lowe RMP as senior project managers. Most recently Scanlon was production manager at Cohn & Wells and Lee headed the production services department at Publicis SMW of Toronto. Kim Dolan is now at the agency as studio manager. Formerly she ran her own company called Wow Design of Toronto.
