COREPOINT PENETRATES CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MARKET

Corepoint Technologies of Indianapolis, Indiana, an IBM software company, has introduced a slew of new products for the worldwide customer relationship management market. Corepoint says the product line will cover each facet of a company's relationship with its customers including sales and marketing, service and support, universal access, enterprise connection and relationship management. There are eight products in the sales and marketing group, seven in the service and support line, two under enterprise connection, eight under universal access and four in the customer relationship management line. An ad campaign for the Corepoint products is being launched in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia. In Canada, IBM is still determining ad plans for the products. The campaign will be created by existing ad partners. Advertising in Canada is handled by Ogilvy & Mather of Toronto. PR is done by Goodman Communications of Toronto.
