Joy Williams has been appointed communications advisor to the Honorable John Snobelen, Minister of Natural Resources. Most recently she was vice-president and general manager of Spectrum Public Relations of Toronto.
Rapp Collins Communicaide of Mississauga, Ont. has made some additions to the office. Rhonda Misener has moved from Winners Apparel Ltd. where she was human resources manager to the same position at the agency. Martha Burrows is now senior creative strategist at RCC. Previously she was associate creative director at Quarry Integrated Communications. Josephine Camilleri has joined RCC as senior account manager. Formerly she was marketing and communications manager at Scotiabank. James Sauter is a new account manager. Most recently he was assistant brand manager at Unilever. Holly Beetham has joined RCC on a full-time basis as account manager in the public relations, event marketing and corporate communications division. She has been freelancing at the agency for several years. Jessica Parker and Danielle Smith are now account executives at RCC. Previously, both were graduates of Humber College's Public Relations program. Alison Foy, Andrew Andreoli and Kate Inglis are also account executives. The trio are recent graduates of Wilfrid Laurier University.
