David Postill has joined Gee, Jeffery & Partners Advertising as new business director. Previously he was an account director at Young & Rubicam of Toronto, responsible for new business. Thomas Tropea is now at Celestica Inc. as marketing and business development senior vice-president. Formerly he worked at Northern Telecom as sales vice-president for Central and Atlantic Canada. Celestica is an electronics manufacturing services company.
