CRYSTAL SPRINGS TAPS INTO CHINESE MARKET

Crystal Springs of Mississauga, Ont. will target the Chinese community with its latest print campaign that will begin next week. The eight-week campaign will run in the Ming Pao Daily News. The ads will focus on the benefits of consuming natural spring water and will tell readers that Crystal Springs bottled water is not only good drinking water, but it can also be used in cooking. The campaign was created by Justin Poy Media of Toronto. Crystal Springs decided to target the Chinese community because its research said that the community is a full extension of its target market - the family. In addition, the Chinese community, specifically from Hong Kong, like to drink distilled water. The company wants to send the message that its natural spring water is as pure as distilled water and tastes better.
