TVB PRESENTS RETAIL COMP AWARDS

The Television Bureau of Canada has announced the winners of its 1997 Retail Comp awards. Top honors went to Audio Warehouse, for an ad created by CKCK-TV's creative services department in Regina. Casino Rama walked away with the silver award for an ad created by Marshall Fenn Communications of Toronto, while the Hockey Hall of Fame was handed the bronze award for an ad created by Pirate Radio and Television. The Retail Comp awards recognize excellence in retail TV ads created for use in local markets. They are judged by consumers from all market sizes across Canada.
