NIPPON SHRINKS THE PHONE

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. of Japan is testing a wristwatch-sized mobile phone in the Philippines. The phone weighs about 45 grams including batteries. Since it is too small to have a key pad the phone uses a voice recognition system to dial. The standby time of the product is 100 hours and talking time is about one hour. Nippon hasn't made any decision about the commercial release of the phone.
