Fred Kulach has joined Service Track Enterprises of Vancouver B.C. as sales and marketing vice-president. Most recently he was sales and marketing senior vice-president at MFP Technology Services. Service Track is an information logistics company that provides real-time customer service solutions over the Internet. Lisa Bednarski has been promoted from counsellor to senior counsellor at Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto. Steve Prentice has been promoted from account executive to account supervisor at Leo Burnett Co. of Toronto. Suzanne Hampson has moved up from senior account executive to account supervisor at Wunderman Cato Johnson of Toronto. She works on the Canadian Tire Acceptance Ltd. business.

Young & Rubicam has made some promotions. Catherine Shand has moved up from account director to vice-president and group account director. She will lead such accounts as Whitehall-Robins, Cadbury Beverages and Hills Science Diet. Joy Birch and Mark Rouse have been promoted from account supervisors to account directors. Jennifer Beamer, Doug Harrison and Tony Ciccia move up the ladder from account executives to account supervisors. Shannon Beaver climbs up at the agency from account coordinator to account executive. Diane Kalina has joined Publicis SMW of Toronto as healthcare strategic planning and new business development director. She will also continue in her current position as president and owner of Diamond Strategic Advertising and Minerva CME group.
