CLEARLY CANADIAN TO MARKET NEW DRINK

Vancouver-based Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp. will bring its new non-carbonated beverage to the Canadian market in June. Called Refresher, the drink is available in four flavors: Wild Berry Rush, Orange Tangerine Express, Kiwi-Berry Power and Electric Blueberry. It will be promoted using point-of-purchase materials and trade ads created by Karacters Design Group of Vancouver. Refresher will be distributed through convenience stores and be targeted to consumers aged 15 to 30. Its 20-ounce bottle will feature photographic imagery with urban action heroes on the labels. Clearly Canadian launched Refresher in the U.S. market earlier this month.
