Under the deal, customers who purchase a SUBWAY Kids' Pak from April 20 and May 31 will receive a toy based on the movie's star, an Amazon parrot named Paulie. There will be four toys available: Wing Flapping Paulie where you can push a button and watch Paulie's wings flap; RV Surprise, where Paulie pops out of a vacation vehicle; Whistling Paulie, which whistles when you blow into him and Paulie Giggler, which laughs when he is shaken up and down. In Canada, the toys will be promoted using in-store materials created by Hal Riney & Partners of Chicago. The movie Paulie will be released April 17. It is a story about a friendship between Paulie the parrot and a little girl Marie Alweather. They have been friends since they where young and help each other get over their fears until Paulie is sent to a pet shop by Marie's father. The adventure begins when Paulie tries to find his way home to be reunited with Marie.
