Richard Wilson has been named worldwide media vice-president at Procter & Gamble of Cincinnati. Most recently he was Latin American advertising vice-president. Wilson replaces Darryl Simm, who moved over to the Omnicom Group of New York as worldwide president and CEO. Ken Lambert has joined Delta Hotels & Resorts as sales and marketing vice-president. Previously he was Americas regional director for the Hong Kong Tourist Association in Los Angeles. Cindie Jamieson has been appointed leisure marketing manager at Delta. Formerly she was account executive at Vista Communications of Toronto. Patrick Muttart is now at Delta as public relations manager. Most recently he was a senior consultant at Toronto-based Goodman Communications. Martin White is now at TIME Canada as publisher. Previously he was associate publisher and advertising director for Toronto Life magazine. Diane Wilson has been promoted at TIME from sales representative to national sales manager. Nora Upatnieks has been appointed account director at Toronto-based MC Direct, working on the agency's U.S. telecommunications accounts, which include Pacific Bell, Southwestern Bell and GTE. She will also work on a direct response program for pharmaceutical manufacturer Hoffmann-LaRoche Ltd. Formerly Upatnieks was account supervisor at Wunderman Cato Johnson of Toronto.
