Microcell Solutions is promoting its digital personal communications phone service in Victoria using newspaper and radio ads, as well as contest giveaways. In addition, the company has sent people out onto the street to get passersby to try out the phone. The campaign was created by BOS of Montreal. Microcell launched its digital personal communications service in Victoria last week.
