MAZDA TOUTS NEW MIATA

U.S.-based Mazda will kick off a North American campaign later this month for its 1999 Miata sports car. The campaign will use TV, magazine and newspaper ads using the themeline "Get In. Be Moved." This themeline will be used in advertising for all Mazda vehicles as new campaigns are launched. The Miata campaign was created by W.B. Doner of Detroit. In Canada, the agency's Montreal office will localize the ads for the French market, while Doner Canada of Toronto will handle the media buy. This is the first campaign W.B. Doner has created for Mazda since winning the account late last year.
