KITE FLYING EVENT LOOKING FOR SPONSORS

The Mandarin Club of Toronto and the Toronto Kite Fliers Association is looking for sponsors for its fourth annual Toronto International Kitefest being held in Toronto on Sept. 19 and 20. Sponsorship packages will range in price form $1,500 to $20,000. There are four levels of sponsorships available: title presenter, grand, gold and silver. There will only be one title sponsorship for the Kitefest, with the event being named after that sponsor. Focus Communications of Markham, Ont. will handle sponsorships and all promotions for Kitefest. The event will provide demonstrations of kites from across Canada and East Asia. In addition, there will be kite flying contests and a cultural performance. Over 30,000 people attended Kitefest last year. The Mandarin Club is a non-profit organization comprised of Chinese business people. The organization hosts fundraising events for charitable causes. The Toronto Kite Fliers Association is a group of kite lovers who promote kite flying and design.
