Brian Falck has been appointed president and CEO of Heinz Canada of Toronto, effective March 2. Most recently he was area director, with responsibility for Heinz operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Falck joined Heinz U.S.A. as marketing vice-president in 1992. He has also been global infant feeding vice-president. Falck replaces Paul Sneddon, who resigned the post to pursue other career opportunities. Jayne Beckwith has joined Tudhope Associate's Environments practice as strategic planning director. Formerly she was business director at Russell Inc. Peter Housley has moved from T. Eaton Co. as marketing vice-president to the same position at Brampton, Ont.-based Kmart Canada. At Eaton's, marketing general manager Carolyn Meacher will assume responsibilities for the company's marketing and advertising activities in addition to her current responsibilities "pending a final decision regarding the management to these functions going forward."
