Vicki Roper has been promoted from executive assistant to talent and event marketing manager at Atlantis Broadcasting of Toronto. Kelly McCarthy Class has been promoted from corporate communications director and vice president to communications director and senior vice-president at the Wolf Group of Toronto. Andy Kardos and Cathy Smith have joined Publicis*BCP of Toronto as associate creative directors. Most recently Kardos was senior art director at Wunderman Cato Johnson of Toronto. Smith was senior writer at Padulo Direct of Toronto. Daryl Aitken has moved up at Toronto-based BBDO Retail from vice-president and group account director to senior vice-president and managing director.
