Bill Hood has been promoted from executive vice-president at The Golden Griddle Corp. of Toronto to the position of president. Hood replaces Harold McDonnell who has become chairman and CEO. Mary Radosevich, Daniele Morency and Bryan Hamberg have joined Radio-Canada as sales counsellors. Most recently, Radosevich was associate media director at Padulo Integrated of Toronto. Morency was sales executive at Transcontinental Publications and Hamberg was sales executive at Quebecor. Thomas Niles has moved up from the position of vice-president to president and chief operating officer at Argyle Communications of Toronto. He replaces Ray Argyle who has become chairman and CEO. Niles recently became a partner in the agency. Barry Francis has been promoted from vice-president to executive vice-president. He became a partner in 1995.
