Trish Wheaton has been promoted from client services director to executive vice-president at Wunderman Cato Johnson of Toronto. Susan Moore has joined the agency as account director on the Loyalty Group account. Most recently she was marketing vice-president at Regal Greetings and Gifts. Craig Baxter has moved up at Black & Decker Canada from senior national account manager to group marketing manger for the company's DeWalt brand of power tools. Nicola Mummery is now at Bryant, Fulton & Shee of Vancouver as response marketing account supervisor. Previously she was senior account director at Aspen Direct. Simon Sikorski has joined the agency as response marketing account executive. Formerly he was account executive at Marshall Fenn Communications of Toronto. Maureen Hoelke has also headed west, joining BF&S as response marketing account executive. Most recently she was individual giving manager at the Harbourfront Centre in Toronto. Beverley Oda has been named industry affairs senior vice-president at Baton/CTV, responsible for representing the interest of Baton/CTV in industry associations. Most recently she operated her own consulting business in the broadcasting and communications fields. Prior to this, she was a Commissioner of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.
