DEADLINE APPROACHING FOR BESSIES ENTRIES

Deadline for entry into the 1998 Bessies Canadian Television Commercial Festival is May 7. The awards recognize the best in Canadian TV advertising. The show will have a new category this year called the Gold Spot awards, which will acknowledge the finest TV commercials. Gold Spot awards will be given to best of show single and best of show campaign. The Bessies are organized by the Television Bureau of Canada and the Broadcast Executives Society.
