TV GOES OUTDOOR

Media Group West of Vancouver is currently testing three outdoor boards in the city that are similar to giant TV screens. Called Lightvision, the boards are comparable to the light board at Times Square in New York. In addition, the audio portion of the ad can be heard on consumers' car stereos at 88.7FM. The test phase will end in December, then they will be up and running for advertisers. The boards will also be used for different programming such as a B.C. trivia test. Alex Cameron has joined Media Group to promote Lightvision. She will also represent clients: Headline Sports, The Weather Network and various radio stations. Previously Cameron was account executive at JRfm and CKBD radio stations.
