Nia Griffiths and Michael Parker have joined 360 Database Marketing Group of Vancouver as senior account manager and account manager respectively. Most recently Griffiths held the same position at Harte Hanks - LFM. Parker was loyalty marketing senior co-ordinator at Cathay Pacific. John Rae has moved from POW! of Toronto, where he was managing director, to the position of group account director at J. Walter Thompson, working on the Warner Lambert, Scott Paper, Discovery Channel and Nabob coffee accounts. Stephanie Houghton has been promoted from account executive to account manager, working on the Kellogg Canada business. Phillipa Sharpe has been appointed managing director at POW!. Previously she was client services director at JWT. POW! is the promotional arm of JWT. Paul Hill has been promoted from partner development director at Cognos to strategic partners and marketing programs vice-president. Hill has also worked in sales and marketing positions at IBM Canada and Speedware Corp. Lynn Giguere has been named advertising sales associate director of Publications Transcontinental's business magazines. Formerly she was sales development assistant director for the publisher's business publications. Scott Warne, client services vice-presdient and director of Warn Marketing & Communications of Toronto, has been elected to the executive committee of the International Network of Business Advertising Agencies. Under normal INBA executive committee progression, Warne will become the vice-president of the network in 1998 and president in 1999.
