Portfolios Online has enhanced its Web site by offering a free classified ads section. The site is an online directory of visual artists and communications professionals. Users can post and respond to ads at no charge. Advertisers can submit, modify or delete their own ads. Portfolios Online was created by Neray MarCom of Toronto.
