TAMBRANDS REDESIGNS FLAGSHIP LINE

Tambrands of White Plains, New York is relaunching its Tampax tampon line in North America. The products will feature a smoother high-gloss surface, a redesigned package with bold graphics emphasizing the theme "now better than ever," a more reader-friendly package insert and a more durable wrapper. Print and TV advertising for the line will begin in the fall in the U.S., and in December in Canada. The ads are being created by BBDO Worldwide of New York.
