IBM UPDATE
By Adnews Staff
IBM Canada will launch a national print campaign in September for its Home Director program. The ads will be supported by co-op advertising with IBM's resellers. Advertising for IBM is done by Ogilvy & Mather of Toronto. U.S.-based International Business Machines will begin selling the Home Director program on North American retail shelves in September. Currently, it is available only on IBM's Aptiva computers. Home Director is a home automation program that automates home light and appliance routines to give a home a lived-in look even when no one is home.
