DAVE ADDS A TWIST TO HIS BEER

Dave Nichol has added a twist to his International Selection line of beer by introducing Dave's Lemon Lager to the Ontario market this week. The brew was inspired by a family trip to Bavaria last Christmas where the locals were putting slices of lemon in their beer. The new beer takes this a step further by adding a hint of lemon to the brewing process itself. Dave's International Selection line of brews is sold and brewed by Molson Breweries of Toronto. Lemon Lager is available only in six-packs to encourage product trials, brand director Ferg Devins told Adnews yesterday. TV, radio and print advertising will support the launch of Lemon Lager. It was created by MGA Advertising of Toronto. Other International Selection brands include: Dave's Doppelgold, Massive Irish and Scotch Ale.
