Yale Drazin and Boyd Neil have moved over to Hill & Knowlton of Toronto as health and pharmaceutical practice vice-presidents. Previously both were vice-presidents at Kerbel Communications of Toronto. Celeste Chiasson has joined the agency's health and pharamaceutical practice as senior consultant. Most recently she was a consultant at Veritas Communications of Toronto.
